This week, English, laughter and emotions travelled through all the schools of the CRA de Oroso thanks to Chameleon Theatre and their wonderful show “Doctor, Doctor”.
Our pupils met Doctor Silly, the most confused doctor in the world, who asked for help to care for some very special patients: animals with emotional problems.
A sad elephant who, through martial arts and physical exercise, managed to regain confidence and happiness.
A sad dog who, thanks to team dance and cooperation, discovered joy again.
With the help of all the children from the CRA de Oroso, Doctor Silly learned that movement, teamwork, emotions and care for one another are powerful tools for well-being. All this in a fun, interactive experience completely in English.
The show visited Deixebre, Senra, Trasmonte and Vilacide and took place on January 30th. It was absolutely wonderful!
Our pupils loved it and are already asking to repeat… and yes, next year we’ll be delighted to welcome Chameleon Theatre again!
At the CRA de Oroso, we believe that learning languages means living them:
through theatre
through movement
through shared emotional experiences
